Venture Capital Investment Fund:

A Venture Capital Investment Fund is an asset pool without legal personality, established by portfolio management companies and venture capital portfolio management companies for a fixed term, with the aim of managing a portfolio consisting of assets and transactions determined by the Capital Markets Board (the Board) based on the principles of fiduciary ownership on behalf of the shareholders. The fund is formed by collecting money from qualified investors in exchange for participation shares.

Participation shares can only be sold to qualified investors.

The founder is responsible for the representation, management, auditing of the fund's management, and ensuring that the fund's activities are conducted in accordance with the provisions of the internal regulations and the issuance document, in a manner that protects the rights of the participation share owners. The founder is authorized to dispose of the fund's assets in its own name and on behalf of the fund in accordance with the legislation, internal regulations, and the issuance document, and to exercise the rights arising therefrom.

In Venture Capital Investment Funds, a 0% withholding tax is applied to the gains obtained by individuals from fund participation certificates.
