Securities Investment Fund:

Savings holders can invest their savings by purchasing securities from issuing companies, intermediary institutions, or securities exchanges. However, investing in securities requires knowledge and expertise. Moreover, individual savings often do not reach a sufficient size, making the portfolios created with them risky. This risk can affect both the principal and the returns of the portfolio. Therefore, investment funds and investment trusts, known as collective investment institutions in the capital market, have been established.

The fund is managed by the founder or by another portfolio management company designated by the founder (portfolio management companies that have received a portfolio management authorization certificate from the Capital Markets Board can be managers) under a portfolio management agreement. A portfolio management service fee is charged for managing the fund's portfolio.

Sparta Portfolio establishes and manages securities investment funds suitable for different investment strategies.
