Biography
Taner Özarslan, born in Istanbul in 1971, completed his high school education at Kadıköy Anatolian High School in 1989 and graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Economics in 1995. He began his career in 1991 at Akdeniz Menkul Değerler AŞ as an investment specialist, a position he held until 1993. In 1994, he worked as a research specialist at Pasifik Menkul Değerler AŞ. Özarslan started at Pamukbank Securities Center as a portfolio manager in 1995 and served at Pamuk Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ between 1998 and 2005 as the Head of Corporate Finance and Research Department
and Head of Investment Funds Department.
Between 2006 and 2007, Özarslan worked as a portfolio manager at Gedik Yatırım Menkul Kıymetler AŞ. From 2007 to 2011, he served as the Deputy General Manager responsible for Sales and Marketing at Tekstil Yatırım Menkul Kıymetler AŞ. Between 2012 and 2017, he continued in the same role at Gedik Yatırım Menkul Kıymetler A.Ş. In 2017, he founded Sparta Financial Advisory AŞ (Sparta & Co), operating in the field of Corporate Finance. Özarslan is currently the 100% shareholder and Chairman of the Board at Sparta & Co. Additionally, he serves on the board of ICT Bulut Bilişim AŞ (Bulutistan), one of Turkey's leading companies in cloud computing.
Taner Özarslan holds a 4th Dan in Aikido, a 2nd Level Coaching Certificate, and a 2nd Dan Aikai certificate from the Turkish Wushu Kungfu Federation. He is a father of one child.

Semih Metin, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company, completed his undergraduate education at Ankara University, Faculty of Law in 1997. He also completed his master's degree in Corporate and Capital Markets Law at Duke University in the USA. Semih Metin served at the Capital Markets Board for 13 years from 1999 to 2012. Between 2012 and 2018, he worked at various law firms, and from 2018 to 2020, he served as Legal Director and Head of Investor Relations at Demirören Media Group. Since 2020, he has been serving as Managing Partner at MC Legal.
Biography
Barış Kantaş, a member of the company's Board of Directors, completed his undergraduate education in Finance at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Gazi University in 1999. He obtained his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certificate in 2006. From 2000 to 2015, he worked as a CPA in various accounting firms and companies. Since 2016, he has been running his own office and continues his profession as an independent CPA.
